I went to my city's... show more It's been said that the First casualty of War is the Truth, & that History is written by the Victors,,, But if anything can be said for the Nazis, they were meticulous record-keepers and Proud of what they were doing,,, When the Allies discovered the Death-Camps with all the records still intact,even as the Nazis fled they didn't even bother to try to conceal what they'd been doing,,, When General Eisenhower received the reports he knew that (in his words) it was all "Too Incredible" to be believed, & since the war was all but over the truth might easily get dismissed as negative propaganda,, So, he ordered that all the records be preserved and everything that was found to be Photographed & documented, Statements were also taken & not only from survivors but also from captured Nazis,,Field commanders even forced neighboring local towns-people to enter the camps & look so none of them would be able to continue pretending that they didn't know,,, The Holocaust happened Dumb-Cough!
,, & looking for excuses to pretend that it didn't makes you worse than the sickos that perpetrated it,, As evil as they were,,At least the Nazis of the time were proud enough of what they did to keep records of it for the sake of bragging rights since they expected to actually Win their war & instead of being judged for it they fully expected to be Celebrated,,& it's easy to imagine that they'd even be insulted that you'd rather believe some stupid Denier-BS than take 'Their' word for it,,,,
